While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations in color, dimensions, or features may occur due to screen or manufacturing differences.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• Rishi’s Magic Toys reserves the right to modify pricing, offers, or discounts without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization or explicit confirmation in the case of COD.

• In the event of typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order with full refund.

4. Payment

We accept multiple secure payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
All online transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure data safety.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch: within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery: 2–4 business days (KERALA) and 5–10 business days (Rest of India).

• Prepaid orders are shipped free of cost; COD orders incur a ₹250 flat fee.

• Tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS after dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or natural circumstances.

6. Returns & Replacements

We follow a replacement-only policy.
Customers can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect item received.
